This first connection allows us to gather the insight we need to provide excellent care and introduce you to the services at The Clinic YYC.
Once you have chosen The Clinic YYC we will streamline the process to give you access to our team of wellness professionals right away. No lengthy wait lists. Our communication is precise and transparent. You will receive clear, emailed instructions on how to proceed, all of the intake forms to be filled out prior to your initial visit, and any information you need to make your appointment as effective, efficient, and comfortable as possible.
When you arrive at The Clinic YYC, our administrative staff will confirm all of your intake paperwork is completed, collect information for payment (including direct billing to your insurance provider), answer any questions you have, and familiarize you with the clinic.
Once all administration is done, we will introduce you to your practitioner (or practitioners) and leave you in their capable hands.
When you meet with your practitioner for the first time, don’t expect to rush into treatment right away. Expect to spend some time engaged with your Clinic YYC practitioner in a comprehensive discussion about your medical history, health challenges, and your goals for treatment. Your first visit may also include injury assessment, hands-on evaluation, and diagnosis. Once your practitioner has all the information they need, they will work with you to create an effective and personalized treatment strategy. This first session may or may not include treatment.
